Zbigniew Kiedacz
Attorney-at-law, graduate of the Faculty
of Law at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. Graduate of School of
American Law held by Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of
America (in cooperation with Jagiellonian University) as well as of School of
French law co-held by Université d’Orléans (in cooperation with Jagiellonian
University). Competition law expert.
During his years
as an attorney-at-law, Zbigniew gathered vast experience in handling cases
regarding to intra-EU competition in various branches of business
(building products, chemicals, pulp products, thermal paper, railways), gaining
an unique perspective to observe not only the theory, but also the
down-to-earth practice of competing within the EU.
In 2015,
Zbigniew became a partner in SAVAS law firm. He is also a long-time
collaborator of (Think about the Future Foundation (Fundacja Pomyśl o
Przyszłości) and a member of the Competition Law Association (Stowarzyszenie
Prawa Konkurencji). Owing to his experience, Zbigniew is also a frequent participant
of consultations regarding Polish and European Union competition-related
legislative projects.
