Czoboly
Gergely Czoboly is a tax lawyer with
a primary focus on international and European tax law. He works for the Corvinus University
of Budapest as an associate professor and for Jalsovszky Law Firm as an expert.
In the last 5 years he worked for the
Hungarian Ministry of Finance as an international tax expert. During that time, he was the
Hungarian delegate to the OECD Working Party on Aggressive Tax Planning (WP11)
and the Task Force on Digital Economy (TFDE). He dealt with policy questions
concerning BEPS, global minimum taxation and digital taxation. He participated
regularly in the EU Council working parties on international tax issues,
especially on the negotiations of the ATAD directives.
